Thank you for the kind words, Dahrt, they're very affirming. I do like your point about abandoning less fruitful pursuits as opposed to quitting. Abandoning any pursuit is a difficult decision and it's REALLY difficult when you're actually good as something, as you are at music. I had a similar decision to make when I quit wrestling to begin doing jiu-jitsu. I guess it's not so much "giving up" as it is "moving on", though even that is easier said than done.
