I really appreciate the vulnerability here. Whenever I write anything that isn’t non-fiction, my first thought is “oh, this is awful”, and though I didn’t think you poems were bad by any means, I really identify with feeling like the work isn’t good enough to be shared. Hopefully this will inspire me to put out some of my poetry and fiction soon!
