Hey Dahrt, I appreciate this feedback. I'm realizing I need to be a bit more careful with my words in some cases. As much as I try to dull it down, I guess sometimes my inner competitor comes out sometimes in my writing. I don't think that everyone can create their own struggle all the time, but I do think that if you are looking to reach that next level of personal growth, it can certainly be a useful tool.

I've always found that "creating a struggle" has allowed me to feel better about myself even when I'm struggling in life. Part of it is that I grew up wrestling, where "struggle" is so deeply engrained in the sport's culture that it becomes an obsession for us.

I honestly can't stand the notions of "hustle" in culture, but I still believe that overcoming even mild difficulty can be a valuable life tool. I go back and forth on just how important it really is and I think for me personally, I need to be more self-accepting and less struggle obsessed, but I still think that overcoming even mild difficulty is a great way to gain momentum in a more positive and healthful direction.
