Dahrt, my suggestion would be A) to keep writing, you’re good at it and B) pitch stories to the bigger publications. When I was first starting out a writer told me to do so and it’s drastically improved the rate at which readers fine me.

Keep going - Medium is tough but I think you have the skills to succeed here.
